On October 19, 2017, Casey Wasserman and the Wasserman Foundation hosted the annual ‘Wasserman Serve Day’ for nearly 120 Wasserman volunteers at Markham Middle School in Watts. Wasserman volunteers helped bring some color to the middle school campus by painting STEM-themed murals around the campus’ central area. Los Angeles was one of 11 cities across the globe that participated in Wasserman Serve Day. Wasserman employees in Carlsbad, Miami, New York, Portland, Raleigh, San Antonio, Dubai, London, the Netherlands and Toronto all spent the day volunteering in their local communities.
